1300+ curated studies
by Nikko Kennedy
The research is out there! The problem is finding it, trusting it, and having the citation ready to go when someone asks "where's the research for that?"
Inside this library, you'll get a working research collection of 1300+ curated, human-relevant studies on light, circadian rhythms, electromagnetic fields, redox, methylation, mitochondria, hormones, and health across the human lifespan.
All papers are organized in an easy-to-use platform that allows you to pull a formatted citation in one click and drop it in your work.
Requires a free Zotero account. I'll help you set one up if you don't have one yet.
New! When you join the library, you get my live class on finding good health research, evaluating it, and keeping it organized in Zotero so that my library ins't just a resource, but also serves as your example and starter set for your own curation journey. You'll leave the event (replay included) able to build and run your own Zotero library from your own niche.
PubMed holds millions of studies, which means the answers you are looking for are buried beneath top results that ignore the circadian and quantum biologic underpinnings of health. This library instead is carefully curated for relevance to our field with particular emphasis on studies with human application.
This library is constantly growing. You'll find circadian rhythms and quantum biology topics alongside the real challenges people today face, such as iron metabolism, thyroid, fibroids, jaundice, methylation issues and more.
The library spans from conception onward, telling the story of how health (and disease) progress across the lifespan. From preconception and fertility, pregnancy, birth, the newborn and early infancy, childhood, puberty, the reproductive years, and the chronic health questions of adult life. The core of this curation and what you won't easily find anywhere else is the perinatal and maternal-fetal window:
✔️ Pregnancy, maternal-fetal redox, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, morning sickness, NVP and HG
✔️ Newborn jaundice, newborn and early infancy physiology, breastfeeding, and vitamin D in mothers and infants
✔️ Iron and anemia across the childbearing year and beyond (iron metabolism, ferritin, testing, oral vs infusion)
✔️ Women's and men's reproductive health, menstrual cycles, PCOS, fibroids, fertility and menopause
✔️ Mental health and neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative conditions of the nervous system
✔️ Physical health across all systems of the body from the immune system, the cardiovascular system, the musculoskeletal system, and digestive system
✔️ The intersection of circadian rhythms and the myriad chronic health conditions affecting specific organs such as the skin, liver, kidneys, heart, connective tissues, and reproductive organs
✔️ The emerging field of quantum biology, where the field of quantum physics meets biology and stands to change everything we understand about how life works
✔️ Meta-research about research, practice-based research, the challenges of publishing in the age of AI and more
1300+ studies arranged by topic and searchable by keyword. You are getting direct access to my Zotero library which means one-click citations and bibliographies for your posts, classes, client work, and as launching points for your own research.
Zotero is a free, open source research assistant. With this library access, you also get training on finding studies, weighing their quality, and keeping them organized. The library thus is a model you can learn from and adapt to the topics you most focus on in your own work.
Use the private member’s forum to ask questions, request topic additions, and share what you find with other library members who also care about a rigorous approach to health and wellness in the field of circadian and quantum biology.

Hi! I'm Nikko Kennedy, and I curate this collection as part of my daily work, which is why it is a living resource that is growing and staying relevant over time. I serve as the Director of Research at the Institute of Applied Quantum Biology, where we train practitioners how to create their own unique approach to healing by integrating their primary modality with the emerging field of applied quantum biology encompassing academic quantum biology, mitochondria, metabolic health, circadian rhythms, heliotherapy, light therapy, structured water and cellular hydration.
I personally came to this field through birth work, which is why this library runs so deep on perinatal and maternal-fetal research. To that end, I write Brighter Days, Darker Nights, a bestselling Substack on circadian and quantum biology through the birthing years and beyond.
This library holds the research brain behind both of those projects, as well as my own private client work. Becoming a member grants you unfiltered access to all the research I am reading and saving in real time.
FAQ section
It’s powerful, open-source software! Inside, there’s a tutorial to walk you through setting up your account and using the library.
Yes, use the member forum to request additions or if you need help finding what you are looking for. If research exists and supports the emerging applied quantum biology paradigm, I’ll add it.
No, the articles themselves are all open access you could find yourself. The fee is to cover the curation and administration of this collection.
PubMed has millions of studies. These 1300+ studies are tightly curated for relevance to circadian and quantum biology’s roles in health and wellness.
Often. You'll see the latest additions to the library on the main page. I add as I am researching for new articles, client support, and adjacent to my role at IAQB. I also accept topic requests through the community forum.
No. The references included with the AQB certification program are specific to the program curriculum. This research library here is based on my work as a whole, with significant additions for maternal-fetal health and other specialized topics.
